The hotel had very modern and nice-looking rooms, but lacked sufficient unpacking space for comfort, especially in a special needs room. The staff was super friendly, but there were instances of rudeness in handling payments. The location was convenient, though a bit further than expected from the main part of Roanoke. The dining experience offered incredible waffle boats with various syrups and a good selection of breakfast items. Overall, the value for money was decent considering the amenities provided.
